I caught one of my nephews, years ago now (he's in his early twenties), around that age in adult chatrooms through AOL's locate feature.
I warned him of dangers, told his parents, parental controls were put in place.... that he promptly got around because he knew passwords (ayyiyi).
things turned out ok, but that kind of thing is so risky compared to just looking at photos, you know?
