So first day doing a food diary type thingy. Did okay on Calories and Sodium. Under on Carbs, Protien. Over on Fat.

Anything else I should be looking at? It's not like I have a doctor I can ask with my lack of health care.
Also did 45 minutes of walking. Yeah, yeah, I know, walking.
