Minor change: If she can prove that either 1) he edited it or 2) he had seen the full tape, she might have something.

1 is clearer to me
2 still works I think. If someone else did the edit job, but he was aware of the edited clip vs the full tape because he had seen the full tape, then she might still have a case (though this part is harder, I think)
