You would not believe the issue I'm having with Amazon right now.

They've got about "several million" worth of Amazon gift certificates held up by some technical issue stemming from server upgrades. I've had a $340 credit locked up all week and now they're saying there probably won't be any change until sometime next week. The poor woman I'm dealing with at Amazon sounds exhausted.
