Distances between bases is static, regarless of the level of competition.

Right, but we don't know if he's getting regularly caught dead to right, just missing, that kinda thing.

For the Jays sake, I hope it's a matter that can be fixed. Usually guys who are actual basestealing threats don't ever get caught at that rate.
