her plan is for "made to order omlets" - converting to "made to order pasta" - in addition to other menu type items ... bacon jam could be an extra

charge "condiment" for both omlets and pastas if you think about it ... a buck a scoop or something? We've been telling her to have toppings for the omlets - a salsa, an olive tapenade, and a bloody mary ... that you can add as an "extra" - bacon jam would be a 4th option that would be very popular I bet!
