she can likely get a default judgment -- i wouldn't expect him to try and defend the suit, given his avoidant behavior to date -- and enforce that judgment to the extent that he has property or wages that can be levied against to satisfy judgment amount

If he has no current wages or assets, would that judgement remain in effect for future earnings? In bankruptcy, would she be treated like a creditor? -- nm - Fuzzy Jul 30, 12:41 1
- judgments are usually enforceable for a specific term (like 20 years, but i don't know what that term is in Pennsylvania). if he declares bankruptcy - chuckles Jul 30, 12:45
