If you have kids but you receive an invitation to a party/wedding/whatever that has just you and your spouse's names on it, do you assume your kids

I would assume not, especially if the kid's name(s) aren't on the invitation, or it didn't say "Conover Family" or something. nmbkelly

Personally, I assume not. When we were doing our invitations, we made sure to specify the full family size as best we could.
