I doubt those are real before and after. I'm pretty sure the after is from a different picture

For instance, in the before of the first picture she's not looking at the camera, but in the second she does. (which explains the different angles in the 2nd picture). Also, it would be a lot of work to change the angle of her head in the second picture.

I'm pretty sure the before are from a different camera, someone else on the set (which explains the terrible lighting and colors)

Still it shows the amount of work they did to change her body
