Have any of you ever tried to question or discuss your parents' personal life/relationships with them? Or would you feel that is something that is not

your business?
After 3 glorious days of staying at my parents' house in RI, I desperately want to say something to my mother about the fact that she has decided to (temporarily) stay with my father. I do not want to question her, or ask her specifics, but I do want to approach the subject of 'do whatever you need to do to be happy'.
I spent the entire weekend listening to my mother cut down my father and treat him generally like shit. For the first time in my life, I felt bad for my father.
I don't want to get into specifics with her, but I do want to discuss the 'do what makes you happy' thing with her. Because let me tell you, ever since my mother decided to let things be 'business as usual' re: my father, she has been a miserable bitch.
Is there a good way to approach this, or is it better to ignore it?
