Sadly it's more than one which is too many. I'm all for a salary cap of some kind even though it would like mean the Yanks don't win as often.

But until that happens I want them to put the best team they can on the field and if that means out spending the rest of league by tens of millions, I'm fine with that. If the other owners don't like it they can vote on a cap, otherwise they play by the rules and spend what they want.
