I've been incredibly delinquent in my backups in the past but tonight's events spurred me to get it taken care of.

Or tornado, or flood, or any of about a dozen other things. It's better than nothing but ideally you really want it outside of the house.

True The only downside of that is that you probably wouldn't backup as often.

As far as I know it doesn't by default include videos or files over 4GB in the backup but you can manually set those to be included in the automatic backup too. -- nm
