Or tornado, or flood, or any of about a dozen other things. It's better than nothing but ideally you really want it outside of the house.

See the things the data continuity people go through at my work really makes you think, they're not even comfortable having the second data center 30 miles away, they went and got a 3rd data center about 600 miles away just in case of something truly massive happening.
