as for Miracleman, part of the problem (besides Todd) is that the guy who licensed it out in the 80's (the moore/gaiman stuff) had no right to...

so in essence that stuff should not have been made.
That's why Joe Q and Marvel don't really comment on that particular stuff....
it's all tied up in legal stuff still
