my poor brother's girlfriend at Christmas last year - my father kept forgetting she's Jewish, must have wished her a Merry Christmas 3 times before she just responded with "Merry Christmas!" Wasn't til after she left the room that we had to remind him AGAIN that she doesn't celebrate Christmas!
