well, here are a few more details....

family is about 15 - 20 minutes from me, so that's not a big deal factoring in costs ... it's my understanding (of course, waiting to hear back from them right now to answer a few ?'s i have) that they basically will have the furniture and what not already loaded, and just needs a person to haul it to the location in CO .... and that there'll be no "work" on my part in loading / unloading, etc...
