I'd say yes. Most people only stay somewhere for a few years anyway, plus if you get a raise each year at the new job

you're making it back. Or get promoted.
It's one thing if you loved your current job and people. It's another if you're unsatisfied and don't like the work.
And it's not like you're taking a 50% pay cut. $5k a year isn't a big deal - especially if you can get them to do the signing bonus.
