my daughter is in ROTC camp this week, and I met the guy this morning.

me: "Hi, I'm Sean Conover"
him: "Hi, I'm Antone LaFevre."

me: don't know what to call him. Mr? Sir?

His email signature says "Lt Col USAF (Ret)"

What do I call him?
