So the guy that drives the truck that delivers the clothes to Saks spend less. So that's like .01% of the % that even shop at Saks.

There's still 94.99% of the rest of the country.
the idea that "saving the tax cut" for the richest 5% because their free spending drives up for the other 95% is a bit crazy sounding.
