Come on. Really? Even if you don't go to the newer acts (other than Lady Gaga), there are several long established commercial names.

Green Day, Devo, Blues Traveller, Jimmy Cliff, Mavis Staples, Soundgarden.

And there are others that even if you don't know the music, I'm sure you've heard of (The Strokes, Arcade Fire, MuteMath).
