WW is the only diet I have ever been on where I can drink - with that said - I keep it to 3 glasses of wine or beer a week.

if I do more than that - I don't lose for that week. me and a friend discussed it she plateaued and I told her to stop drinking alchohol for just one week - she did and her loss started back up.
