clear outlet or a way to really "make a difference" in my faith. Last week I got a call from a friend at church and she asked if I would co-lead this year's "Kingdom Weekend" retreat that I've been a participant of and discussion lead/speaker for the past 2 years. Quite a surprise in timing (I figured I would eventually want to take on this role but not for some time since I still feel like a "newbie" in the ministry). I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing but really excited at the opportunity. The event really changed my life in terms of my faith and it's been great to give back to the ministry these past 2 years. What it means too is that next year I lead the event! Yikes!
