The PS3 auto-discovers your computer on your home network and allows streaming.

No joke, actually. I turned on my PS3 the first time and it had an entry for my desktop computer. I was stunned.
I enjoy the 360 streaming, too, but I prefer the Tivo because I don't need to switch inputs (or remotes). It's just like selecting another folder.
