Dear Tenant;
To everyone at 3xx & 3xx Merrimack Street and 3xx Maple Street.
I have been receiving complaints that there are some people parking in the parking lot, with parking hanging tags, but parked in someone else�s parking space. I have also received complaints that their vehicles were towed and they had the hanging tags on the mirror were it belonged. I checked with the tow company on these complaints and they told me that the tags were not hanging on the mirror, but when the owner came to pick up their vehicle, it was found either in the console or on the visor. If the tow company cannot see the hanging tag on the mirror, it will be towed. They will not look to see if it may be some where else in the vehicle.
Please review the lease rental agreement and the parking agreement. They contain the rules and the fees for any violations.
We will not tolerate anymore abusive phone calls or messages like those we received this weekend. It is obvious that these people do not appreciate free parking.
