shot 1: buttons not done properly (one button skipped but each buttonhole used)
shot 2: sudden cowlick (buttons correct this time)
shot 3: band-aid appears on your neck or ear, etc.
shot 4: lisp or other speech impediment
shot 5: snake wrapped around your torso
etc.
