Landis, Armstrong, NFL players, golfers?, MLB. Wherever there is an advantage to be had, within the context of the rules, is fair game.
We are not talking about someone cheating to get around the testing, we are talking about there being no testing to have to get around.
Responses:
sure. but baseball got what it wanted out of having no testing, so their ends mostly justify their means as well...
