I think he put way to much opinion in it and makes it easier for the Supreme Court to strike it down.

I am going to have people disagree on this site. I am sure of it. Just wait though. The court is not stacked in this over opinionated judges thought process.
I think a milder opinion would have been more apt to get through.
This of course is if the Supreme Court stays as is in current makeup.
