True story. Tonight I made some wonderful Mahi Mahi. Steam baked in foil with some white wine and herbs.

Went to drain off some juice before putting it onto my plate and it flipped over onto the floor.

I am now eating a can of chili and a green salad instead of wonderful fish.

I did sneak a bite before I pulled it from the oven. It was, was amazing. :(
