I had a touch of trouble, only because I has to flash a new firmware onto my wireless router that hooks into the 360. But after that, super easy. -- nm

Pretty easy. The software cames with Windows Media Player. If the 360 and the PC are on the same network, you're set. -- nm

download and install TVserity, point it at a few folders to share files from, and it should just work -- nm
