*Sonnen is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Nate Marquardt at UFC 109. Silva is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Demian Maia at UFC 112. Silva is undefeated in the UFC with 11 straight victories. Silva has defended the Middleweight title six straight times.
*Josh Rosenthal is the referee.
*Clean staredown with a glove touch and a bow from Silva.
Round One: Sonnen comes forward and Silva connects with punches. Both in southpaw. Body kick caught by Silva. Sonnen shoots but Silva voids. Jab by Silva. Silva switching stances. Silva ctahes a leg kick sand Sonnen rolls out. SONNEN ROCKS SILVA! Uppercut by Sonnen. Another right by Sonnen. Jab by Silva. Silva with a takedown but Sonnen back up. Another right by Sonnen.
