I decided I'm not going to say anything, I really like the "cost of stupid" mantra. I'll probably use it to do some improvement on the house instead of donating it to a charity. I already do a lot of charity work.

I just find it hard to believe that with all the supposed experts going over the contract that this made it through. Also, since they probably estimated how much they'd probably get, if they got something several thousands less, you'd think they'd notice and ask questions, but no.
