the more i think Don has to get out of New York and go to California
Harry trying to hook him up with the dude at the Brown Derby might be foreshadowing in that direction
we've always seen him be more of his real "self" in the California scenes (Anna's house and the Palm Springs detour)
it makes sense too in the idea that people come to LA to reinvent themselves.
