One week short of 2 months since I got my new car. Still no license plates. I wonder the dealer screwed up.

They didn't report the lease return to the DMV... so maybe they didn't report this either? Interesting... need to call DMV and find out.
However, I do like not having any plates.

Interesting, here the dealer does all the paperwork and you just get them in a mail a few weeks later. You pay the dealer the DMV fee too. -- nm
