Crash is turning into a Top Chef. Last night he cooked wild-caught Copper River salmon (sockeye fillets) in phyllo dough served over a confit of

crimini mushrooms with an asian inspired jus.

Tonight he made Chicken Cordon Bleu, from scratch. He even pounded out the chicken breasts to about 1/4" thick, rolled them up with virginia ham and swiss cheese, dopped them in an egg wash and then rolled them in toasted breadcrumbs. I'm telling you, the man can cook.
