I certainly know Liriano has better "stuff" than Cahill. If I were to take one long term, give me Liriano. I am not arguing his ability, and his whiff rate is fantastic,as is the sluggig.

But for 2010, I cannot ignore a .98 WHIP to give the guy with 1.26 and an assload of K's the title of "best pitcher in the AL in 2010" award.

Even that being said, I personally would take Weaver over Cahill, Liriano and possibly Lee.
