I have a pivot table. I am pasting here. one fifth of it here (I have an almost-identical list for each campus). sorry for the formatting.
I would like excel to tell me the % of the concord total, for instance, that 3102's 4300 is. I know I can do that, but I forget how. I can't anchor the $71800 and drag down because it's pivot output.
thanks so much.
also, when I go into output options and say "show as percent," I can't make the "percent of what?" field show the concord total, just the five campus total. see?
Concord $71,800
3102 $4,300
3202 $18,300
3203 $4,000
3502 $4,000
3503 $2,300
3602 $2,000
3605 $14,000
0000 $22,900
