The only two comments about the dish that aired were positive. Tom liked the vegetables. Amanda said that she was pleasantly surprised by the taste. So, the discoloration appears to be the primary reason for elimination. As I told Kim, Amanda was unlucky that two of the judges were fish specialists, but she was also foolish to make such a mistake knowing who would be evaluating her.
