It was comical the two hours we spent trying to download Scott Pilgrim. We'd get looped and looped and looped.

And Sony tech support is comprised of drunken chimpanzees, as near as I can tell.
Kim apologizes for that purchase all the time. She pushed me on it and feels buyer's remorse like you wouldn't believe.
