Maybe. Unrelated but I remember back in 07 someone was trying to peddle me a 50k apartment in Bulgaria beside some ski slopes.

I'm like they only make about 5 grand a year out there, you want me to pay 10 times the local industrial wage for some shithole apartment that I'll never visit?
