The doctor assignment to do the clinical stuff with my group is a concierge doc. He charges $1800 per year to be his patient. When he was switching

his practice to the concierge one he invited all his patients to explain the change.

One patient, a full partner at a big law (probably $1M income per year), was giving him crap over charge people and not helping all the uninsured. Ironic.. because the dude didn't take pro-bono cases. The dude didn't sign up.

For $1800 per year, you get full access to him pretty much 24/7 and lengthy appointments.
