I mostly remember one guy not knowing how to cook for his consumers and then being too stubborn to change. Followed by another guy seeing a slice of fruit shaped like a star and not knowing it was a star fruit.

I also don't get how everyone didn't go for catfish and morel mushrooms. Those are so easy to identify. I don't cook, and I could name them.
