if it's something very specific - sometimes writing about it - as if you were ranting to what ever it is that's bugging you out - can be cathartic

of course - you destroy it after you have it all written - but sometimes just getting it all out is helpful
if it's just a BUNCH of things - I go with the walk or getting outside and exercising ideas
