Overwork is where Prior's condition is assumed to come from. Strasburg hardly is overworked.

Wood and Prior were run into the ground...Lincecum's far closer to that than Strasburg's 120 IP and strict pitch counts.

And given Lincecum's loss of velocity this year and general averageness...I don't think he's right...be it dead arm or whatnot. WHich again, would come back to the heavy workloads his last 3 years.
