Truman inspired post about sleep.

I have been getting the best sleep of my life over the last few months. It's been amazing.

1. Bedroom has to be chilly (hahaha yeah funny I never thought of the sex joke)

2. Small fan blowing on my shoulders and face.

3. Here is the key. Stereo cd player on a loop play of Relaxation Systems (Nature Sounds): Arctic Wind (I bought my copy on itunes) It's a 1 hour continuous howling winds sound that I loop over and over all night.

4. Stop playing video games 2 hours before bed, and no television 1 hour before bed. I do thinks like post on ST, surf the web, in a dark room to get sleepy. I would imagine reading would work awesome in low light.

The sleep has been deep and restful. I would imagine the exercise I do is also helping. No work outs 3 hours or earlier before bed.

Also, I eat dinner around 5 so it's not causing indigestion.


That arctic winds thing is magic. I sleep so good.
