That shouldn't come as a surprise.

Rookies always sell well. It's the first chance to get their jersey, and people will have bought other players jerseys over the years. Big free agents sell well, too, I think. And Tebow was hugely popular in college. I think that passing on Tebow might not have been a mistake in a football sense for Jacksonville, but I think it was a mistake in a business sense.
