assuming the army corps didn't negligently construct these rebuilt levees, there won't be flooding like Katrina
the dutch have been living below sea level for hundreds of years. it can be done

The Dutch don't take hurricanes. I wouldn't put faith in new untested levees either. -- nm

dutch might get big strong storms but they ain't huricanes feed by very warm waters of the gulf (which is how tropical storms ramp up speed) -- nm
