I guess I am just amazed that a company like Wells Fargo has no training system in place.

It's not a tiny-ass no-name company. I'm also dealing with piles and piles of checks, some pretty large, and you'd think they'd want to make sure the person in charge of all that money was doing the job correctly. :)
Overtime is great when you choose to do it - not when it's pretty much mandatory at this point because your employer isn't helping you learn to do your job in a timely fashion.
(I cannot figure out what is going on with the Sox. I know TB is a good team...but they're playing Little League ball lately. They're better than that...)
