in this instance, i will vehemently disagree. to say that "you'll never find a recovered addict who doesn't smoke heavily"...

directly says that all recovered addicts have a remaining weakness or flaw that will never get fixed, which in addition to being incorrect as a motherfucker, is upsetting to those people who may love, respect, and cherish a former addict in their life.
