Ugh. My middle bro works at a hotel kitchen. They host a lot of wedding receptions/events.

They held a bat mitzvah yesterday, and the family hired an event planner. To save about $10 per person, the planner had the hotel personnel lie to the family/guests that the food is all kosher, when it wasn't. Yikes!
