On our way home tonight, we spotted a dude lying sprawled across the lawn in front of a house

The way that he was lying was odd, so we pulled over. He was conscious but not very responsive and said that he was having problems breathing. Very hot outside, so we were thinking heat exhaustion or something like that. We called 911. We could hear the ambulance sirens about 30 seconds later - they were there w/in three minutes, and that included having to circle the block. When we left it didn't seem like the EMTs thought it was too urgent.
